To ensure framed personalised gifts arrive safely through the post or courier system, they are supplied with styrene virtually unbreakable Perspex like safety glass as standard. However, customers may on ordering request traditional glass for A4 framed products by using button on right, or as a note on checking out. This choice is not recommended for short notice gifts, and not available for airmail despatch or A3 frames due to increased weight and higher risk of breakage.

For your personalised gift an extensive frame choice is offered. However if a frame you would like is not included on the particular product page, you can customise choice by buying a LAMINATED certificate and an A4 Frame upgrade choosing from our Premium, or Economy frame ranges. To view these frames select 'Frame Choice' button on left menu bar. Frames suitable for both portrait and landscape orientated certificates.

Your gift is despatched in a white cardboard box direct to your recipient's address (State Delivery address when you Check Out). Box will only contain your wrapped and labelled gift plus a despatch note - no prices or invoice, nor advertising. If you prefer wrapped gift can be despatched to you.

You will be informed by eMail of despatch and provided with an electronic invoice.

Sorry, but our advance copy service as a digital product falls under complex and extremely bureaucratic new European Union VAT laws introduced January 2015. As a result it is no longer possible to offer this product to EU (Non UK customers). Furthermore though we are already UK VAT registered, due to EU discrimination laws, we are additionally unable to offer this product to UK or even to Outside EU customers.
